Spingranny Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceshiroza SRL, the company that operates Spingranny under gaming licence ALSI-202408027-FI2 issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Spingranny in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Spingranny is operated by Ceshiroza SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. The brand holds a single multi-product authorization, licence number ALSI-202408027-FI2, issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook including esports under one account. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica. Ceshiroza SRL operates Spingranny as part of a wider multi-brand network that shares a common platform; sister brands include LiraSpin, Savaspin, Rockyspin, and others, each held under a separate corporate entity.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, payment instrument, and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close an existing account where these conditions are not met or where we have reason to believe the information provided is false or misleading. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and we may request supporting documents at any stage, including when a new payment method is added. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, SEPA, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Paysafecard, Neosurf, and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, and XRP, as well as regional methods such as Interac and PIX where available; the full list for your location is displayed in the cashier after registration. The minimum deposit is approximately €20, varying by country and method. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the original deposit where the method supports it, and the minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and the method selected. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours, with most payouts released within 24 business hours of approval; bank transfers then require up to a further 5 business days, while crypto withdrawals clear within minutes of release. Wins above €10 000 are paid in monthly instalments capped at €10 000 per instalment until the full amount is settled. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Loyalty Rank; your current limits are displayed in the cashier. Deposited funds must be played through at least 3 times before a withdrawal is permitted, and all payment instruments must be personally and solely owned by the account holder.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms published on the relevant offer page, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, with a reduced rate of 35x applying to the HighRoller reload bonus; sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 (or 10 CAD, 10 AUD, 5 CHF), and this limit applies to doubled bets after a round and to purchased bonus rounds. Winnings generated from a bonus are capped at 5x the bonus amount, and winnings from free spins are capped at €50 or local equivalent. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10% each, and zero contribution from table games, instant win, scratch, live games, and originals. Bonuses are valid for 14 days by default, with Welcome Package bonuses valid for 7 days; any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited on expiry. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and we reserve the right to cancel a bonus and withhold associated winnings where we identify advantage play, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided by email or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision is stated at the top of the updated document. Continued use of Spingranny after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
